Mala experiencia con la recepcionista es fatal es muy déspota llegue a programar una cita para mi hija pprque no contestan los teléfono, y me dijo que no me podia atender que estaba en una llamada con un pasiente y estaba platicando con amiga porque lo escuche todo!! Me dio tanta impotencia y le reclame estas aki para atender alos pacientes no para estar platicando con tus amigas y no me atendió hasta q le dio la gana es muy déspota esa mujer hace lo que quiere
Receptionist stated they do not answer the phones bc “ that’s how it works here” I was stated to call leave a voicemail only to never get a call again I came in person and was brushed off as if it’s not a issue to be coming in everytime I need to schedule very rude front desk all she kept saying “ I don’t know what to tell u” very unprofessional
