Receptionist stated they do not answer the phones bc “ that’s how it works here” I was stated to call leave a voicemail only to never get a call again I came in person and was brushed off as if it’s not a issue to be coming in everytime I need to schedule very rude front desk all she kept saying “ I don’t know what to tell u” very unprofessional
Por ahora sólo puedo decir que no contestan ninguna llamada, fui personalmente a sacar la cita por primera vez porque de la oficina del pediatra estuvieron llamando y nunca respondieron, al presentarme el personal ha sido amable y coordial, y el dr. sólo habla inglés, pero tiene personal bilingue asi que no hay problema , han escuchado mis preocupaciones hacia mi hija y la han referido con otros especialistas.
Office says opens at 8 they didn't open till 825. Took vitals had to wait for the one who verifies insurance to decide to come to work. She didn't get there till 845. Saw doctor didn't do anything. Asked why are you here. Responded was referred for further evaluation of child. He said if they send you here they send you for medicine. Put my child on medication and walked out. Was in there literally no nombre that 5 mins. They never answer the phone. You leave voicemail. Don't hear back until 3 days later. Went back same day ... read more
Fast follow up... but they do not open at 8am.... they open whenever the receptionist gets here. That can take up to 15min.
