Worst doctor ever his super rude the way he speaks to you . He didn’t explain almost nothing to me about epilepsy or how it works . And is assuming my son might have a tumor before a MRI . Plus they never answer the office phone I call everyday like 4 times a day and still no answer I have to go all the way to the office if I have a question !
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this doctor’s office! The front office staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciate that every call has been returned within 24 hours. On the day of my appointment, there was little to no wait time, which was amazing. Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of care and professionalism I’ve received so far.
After reading all these negative reviews experiencing the same thing. No answer. Many attempts and no answer. This not proper patient care and I will be reporting them to the Texas Medical Board as well as the Texas Department of Health Services so they can be investigated.
Very disrespectful will never take my kids ever again with this doctor..first all wants to speak over me and raise his voice at me never again..also he only has 2 employees working for him and when calling the office they never answer
