Rude, unprofessional, and completely careless! She acts like she’s doing me a favor just by doing the job I’m literally paying for. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy. The staff is no better—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience with Dr. Farah. I went to her because my hair was falling out, and instead of helping me, she took a biopsy from my scalp without warning me that it could leave a permanent bald spot. She never explained the risks, and if I had known, I would have never agreed to it. Now I have a visible bald patch, and I’m deeply hurt and regret trusting her.
