Had a great experience at Dr. Alani’s office. Candice at the front desk was warm and friendly as she welcomed me and prepped me for my visit, and Dr. Alani is extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Highly recommend!
I unfortunately have had a very negative experience. My son went there about 2 months ago to get an ingrown toe nail removed (was very painful by the way - very little numbing) They charged us out of pocket and I was told that they would submit to insurance to go toward our annual deductable. My insurance company never received the claim . I called the office 3 times to request a copy of the itemized bill and confirmation that the claim was or was not submitted.
