This office is horrible. Dr. Abbassi was horrible and the office overbilled me. My insurance company told me they clearly overbilled and my out of pocket was almost 1K even with insurance. I was in so much pain during the procedure and let Dr Abbassi know. She did nothing about it. She is rude and uncaring. Seeing her was traumatizing and expensive.
Dr Abbassi is an experienced and caring endodontist. Getting a root canal is never easy, but she and her staff are so professional and reassuring, they make you feel comfortable. Dr Abbassi is highly personal, and her specialization in doing root canals, assures you of getting the very best treatment.
AMAZING experience! From the receptionist to the back office staff they were all AMAZING! Dr Abbassi was very calming, patient and very kind. I had very little to almost no pain. The office even did a follow up call the next day to make sure I was doing okay..I HIGHLY recommend this office, they will take care of you for sure!
