Dr. Falvo first saw me at HSN emergency service in 2018. She was very helpdul at getting to the problem with my breathing. At the time I didn't have a family doctor. She took me as a patient as I see her twice a year. I have a family doctor now but still she her twice a year. Her receptionist is always so pleasant when I speak with her. I am very pleased to have her taken care of me
Not sure what is up with the negative reviews. I found the staff quite friendly and the Dr was very nice, listened to my concerns and sent me for further testing. Sure I had to wait a while for my appointment but that's just the way it is these days.
I was referred to Doctor Falvo's office by HSN. I had 1 appointment with her. When I called her office later to set up a follow-up appointment I was told I had been discharged by her (which was not what we had discussed) but they would get back to me and then I never heard from them again despite following up.
I am usually not one for reviews and am not a fussy person but I have had a horrible experience with Dr flavo. I really thought they could help. Her intern went to discuss what I may have with her before coming to suggest it to me so when I had my follow up she said I don't have what he mentioned and dismissed him and said oh he doesn't know what he's talking about he is just an intern and said specialist can not help me even though I am 95% sure it's what her intern mentioned to me. Saw her for the first time today, she is an impressive Dr. Answered questions I have asked for years. Very personable, punctual and intelligent you feel a high level of confidence in her care. Sudbury is a fortunate city to have her here.
