I like the doctor she was very kind and patient with me for my poor English
Had an appointment at 540 pm and I came a little late at 552 pm (12 minutes late!). The helpdesk person said my slot was given to another person (next patient) and they can no longer accommodate me. What I dont understand is why couldn’t she give the next patient’s slot to me? She simply said I missed my grace period and I cant meet the doctor today. This is disappointing coz the people at Fallons clinic at Limeridge mall used to be very sweet and provide a wonderful experience so I expected the same at Mapleview as well.
Friendly, efficient, thorough, and helpful. Excellent experience.
