Unfortunately had to rank a 1. Had a great eye exam but afterwards an issue occurred with insurance and I needed to pay the full amount of $145. Followed up with my insurance later and they corrected and sent $50 to Fallon Vision Group. I have contacted Fallon multiple times in person and via email showing all transactions with no response (to return $50) Email go read and unanswered and 3 return visits all end with a promise to call me by a manager which never happens. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Fallon Vision Group at Mapleview. I paid $145 for a comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Vysh Satyajit. During the appointment, I had to specifically ask whether my retina was going to be checked. The doctor then told me she had forgotten and proceeded to review the retinal images. One of the images from my eyes was not clear. Instead of having it properly retaken and reviewed with me after the appointment ended, I was told I could have the image taken again on my way out and that the... read more
The ophthalmologists at the Mapleview location, especially Dr. Satyagit and Dr. Brown, are exceptional. They are incredibly thorough, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing the best possible care. Huong was amazing. Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend. Dr. Shannin Yee was also extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. My appointment was a breeze to get through.
Great experience with awesome Dr.Vysh Satyajit and the team. Everyone is knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and very happy.I love going to see them not only on the schedule appointments but if I’m on the Maple Wiev Mall I always stop by to say hello. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed
