While the eye test experience was fine, the overall patient journey has not been the same. A customer Rx will change due to surgery - this group should plan and consider this event in changing 3 pairs of Glasses and Contacts, knowing these are likely redundant in 6 months. Expectation is customer will pay same price as previously for another set of frames/lenses etc, and there is no consideration, patient context or integrated experience - purely transactional at every step and lowest score accordingly.
Came in for an exam and a new pair of frames. Lovely experience from check in forward. The woman working the front desk is a ray of sunshine and very welcoming. The exam was timely, the doctor was kind and considerate, and everything was very clean and organized. I liked the way the doctor explained everything she was looking at and why she cared about it.
Ive had exams with several doctors in the past but I’ve never had one where the doctor was so thorough and careful. I had a special situation I was concerned about. Dr Satyajit took a lot of time with me and explained every step of the procedure. She actually involved me in the process. Not only did she make 100 percent sure that no other issues were happening to rule them out, she corrected my prescription which was misdiagnosed 2 days earlier. I didn’t feel rushed or invalidated.
