My experience with Dr. Patel was excellent. She was very kind, friendly, and thorough. She explained everything to me very clearly, and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. I will definitely be going back to her, and would recommend her to anyone!
My entire family and I have been seeing Dr. Patel for 5 years. She is a great doctor who takes the time to listen to your problems. I never feel rushed. She makes you feel very comfortable and answers all of your questions. Overall excellent doctor and I highly recommend her.
Recently visited her office for the first time, and I regret why I chose to see her. First of all she gave me an imprecise prescription. She just provided me with SPH no CYL no AXIS (important)!!! I used to pay $20 less for a way better service. Second, during the visit she was more focused on the marketing their own eyeglass shop (maybe it justified why she gave me such useless prescription => buy it from here and we know how to read your prescription.)
