I was pregnant and had an early appointment with Dr Kada. I ran 5 mins late and checked in. After an hour, all the patients that came after me had gone into the room. I went up to the receptionist and they said I had to reschedule the visit. For context, all my follow ups were short conversations, nothing critical. After waiting almost two months her office called at the last minute to inform us that the doctor is sick/out of town or whatever. They wanted to schedule us with another Doctor for late February. Basically making us wait another month and a half. Office secretary didn't care and acted that we should be grateful for her effort to reschedule us. Calling Inova customer care to lodge a complaint.
