This guy is a total joke. His incompetence is only surpassed by his office staff. I would say that he delayed my care, but that would suggest that he provided any care to begin with. I received a second opinion (really the first) at UCLA and the difference in my care was jaw-dropping.
Dr. Qazi is a very knowledgeable doctor, but I must agree with some of the others, that some of his office staff are completely incompetent. I have Parkinson's and I cannot be without my medication. Every time I need a refill on a prescription, I cannot get through to anyone that can help me. They either do nothing, or they send the wrong refill to the pharmacy, or they send the right prescription to the wrong pharmacy. And then when I call upset because I don't have my medication, they act like I'm a problem. Last time I ca... read more
Dr. Qazi is an outstanding Doctor who really cares, is up on the latest research and proactive. I have MS and they have the wonderful staff and that research and address each patients need! Thank you
He is awesome been his patient for years he found my nerve damage got my siezures controlled as well as my Parkinson also found out i had ms
Office staff are very rude and do not have proper follow through on faxes.
Dr. Qazi is a fairly competent doctor, but you’d never know it by the incompetence of his office staff. I had a brain MRI in November at his request, but ordered by another doctor. On four separate occasions the results were FAXed to Qazi, yet despite his office claims of having received them, he never did. I saw him this morning at a scheduled appointment to review the results, which he claimed he didn’t have. He provided no apology, only excuses, and the proceeded to ask ME about the results.
The staff is as horrible as the phone system. Which does reflect on the Dr. Tried daily for my refill which took me a week and I was out of meds. The worst part was they never returned any of my calls and completely ignored the pharmacy. Would never recommend this facility. On the option for star rating there was not a zero.
If I could give zero stars I would. My dad has been without his meds for over a year and has dementia and I switched Doctors, after reading Dr Qazi's great patient reviews, to hopefully find someone who might help my dad and figure out why he is how he is. But I scheduled an appointment for Februrary 27th, got a call 2 weeks after it was scheduled and was told the Dr would be on call and the appointment had to be moved to March 21st. I called on the 20th to confirm and somehow his appointment wa
Dr. Qazi is not bad but his staff is less to be desired. Plan on waiting months for an appointment and waiting forever when you get to your appointment. I had to reschedule an appointment I had in Feb 2018 and the earliest appointment available was in July 2018. If I wanted to go to the Pomona office I could get an appointment in June 2018. I figured rescheduling an appointment I would wait 6 - 8 weeks but 5 months is just ridiculous!
Dr. Faisal Qazi has a 2.3 star rating with 39 reviews.
