Dr has pleasant personality and is soft spoken. We trusted her. And she seemed very knowledgeable. However, the Nostrand office where doctor works one day a week, is horrible. My aunt was a patient there. They dont return your phone calls. I tried getting in touch with them 3 different times for few different reasons over 2 weeks period. Either no one answers the phone, or the secretary says Dr, Faina is not available aside one day a week. Dr. Yablochnikova is very good doctor. She always have right word to address to her client. I am her client for about three years and after each of her sections I am looking forward to do things i never did before.
