Can’t say much about the doctor, but whoever answers the phone and calls other offices to request medical records is so rude. The lady called my office to ask for a patient’s records and I requested a medical record release form as per HIPAA. She become irate and upset and called me incompetent because I wanted to protect someone else’s information
