Everyone is always pleasant and professional and very little to no waiting.
Dr.Fagan is one of the very few that actually listen to you when your speaking without cutting you off or hurrying you along, he hears and addresses ALL your concerns, he not only shows professionalism but shows empathy towards his patients, he makes you feel that he choose to be a Dr. to help people not just for a paycheck, and has carried that with him throughout his career, he makes you feel heard and understood and does his best to help you, even if your just having a hard time and you need to be heard. My experience with the health services provided by Dr. Fagan and his staff are the BEST I have ever experienced with any doctor or any other medical facility.
WARNING that unless you participate in the annual membership priority medical program, you WILL NOT see Dr. Fagan. You will not be told this until you try to schedule an appt. You will see a physician's assistant, regardless of your insurance, even a PPO. Very misleading...
