From the moment I walked into this doctors office, it was terrible. The front desk staff was rude. I had all documentation printed and completed prior to my arrival, I had my ID and insurance card ready and the office employee said that not everything was online. Once she reviewed it, she said I was good. I got there at 2:45 pm, my appt was at 3pm. Came after a referral from my orthopedic surgeon and having a fall into a fire pit. I cannot thank Dr. Delly enough for what he has done for me. A truly caring, patient Doctor. And excellent staff. Can not say thank you enough !!!

I was going to this DR. he dx me w MS. No beside manner. I saw NP most of the time. He does not specialize and sent me to a dr that does not take my ins. I would not recommend
Front desk Staff is very rude! They make you feel like an inconvenience for showing up to your appointment. The PA was amazing. I can’t say anything bad about her. Dr Delly is a joke. He doesn’t care about you as a patient he doesn’t listen. He didn’t even examine me just rushed through talking to me for 5 mins and he was out the door. The notes he sent to my insurance was like he didn’t even talk to me they made no sense cause the things he wrote never happened. In November my husband lost his job. Revived Medicare from state. Made appointment had to cancel due to 5 days later Husbends got a job. Staff was very patient and helps. I have had procedures done & office visits. Dr Delly is patient with me and listen. Bed side manner is GREAT. He does care about your pain and Heath. I have referred him to family and friends.
They did a mouth swab drug test and said the pain meds weren't in my system but there's no way cause I took them 2 days before my appointment. They just cut me off. He is a hugh jerk and they are liars. I ended up needing surgery and never once did he mention it. I called the office manager and asked what I was supposed to do cause I cant find another dr that gives pain rude and a liar. Find someone else
Had pain for a long time. He gave me an injection in my S I joint and it worked perfectly. Great staff.
Very professional and caring and thorough individual. Would definitely recommend.
