Lizi was incredible helpful for my new dark prescription glasses. She guided me very well to chose all the package I needed and discount. She has a lot of knowledge and empathy. Today I picked up my new glasses and everything was very good. She took extra time to be sure I was completely satisfied.
Absolutely fantastic! This clinic was a blessing for my family while on vacation from Oregon. My daughter had an eye injury that needed urgent evaluation. Dr. Goetsch and his team got us in right away despite a full schedule for the day. Our appointment never felt rushed. The whole staff was kind and knowledgeable. My experience at Pearle Vision Brookfield was a pleasing one. Everyone on staff from Dr. Jeremy, to Twila, and then to Abigail are very knowledgeable about their product, courteous, and efficient with processes and helping you pick out frames. It’s refreshing to visit your store and have familiarity with your staff. Warms the heart.
