Such a wonderful experience with Abigail! We were in from Minnesota for a funeral and hubby forgot his contacts on the counter at home - Abigail went above and beyond to call our local Pearle Vision to get his prescription so she could provide a sample for him to get through. Great customer service - I would highly recommend this particular Pearle Vision for anyone who lives in the area.
Lizi was incredible helpful for my new dark prescription glasses. She guided me very well to chose all the package I needed and discount. She has a lot of knowledge and empathy. Today I picked up my new glasses and everything was very good. She took extra time to be sure I was completely satisfied.
Absolutely fantastic! This clinic was a blessing for my family while on vacation from Oregon. My daughter had an eye injury that needed urgent evaluation. Dr. Goetsch and his team got us in right away despite a full schedule for the day. Our appointment never felt rushed. The whole staff was kind and knowledgeable. Everyone on staff from Dr. Jeremy, to Twila, and then to Abigail are very knowledgeable about their product, courteous, and efficient with processes and helping you pick out frames. It’s refreshing to visit your store and have familiarity with your staff. Warms the heart.
