Been seeing Dr Echavarria for over 5 months.Originally went in due to substantial amount of lower back pain,Decr 2017 & for physical.At first went he sent me xray which show problem with my lower back,he sent me to a pain management clinic.Make a long story short, I've been in his office 3 times since then & still no physical,still in pain.Today, April 6th of 2017, I threw my back out. The pain mgt clinic is closed,I cannot afford hospital.Called his office, told that I need to take the pain
