Let me first state that the practitioner I saw, Teresa, was excellent, and she really helped me through a difficult time. This said, I received highly unethical treatment from the office. Evidently, they were having trouble receiving payment from my insurance company-likely a simple coding issue. This practice is extremely disorganized. The doctor I've seen has ghosted at least 3 of our appointments now because they were never properly scheduled. I am due for a medication refill, but it cannot be refilled without a follow-up. My doctor missed our recent follow-up and I tried calling the office multiple times, no one has gotten back to me. I am desperate to get this medication refilled, else I will soon experience withdrawals and fall back into a depressive episode. This is irresponsible care.
Avoid Carbonell and Associates - Terrible Experience I recently visited Carbonell and Associates for an appointment, and it was incredibly disappointing. The doctor I saw seemed inexperienced, almost like it was her first day on the job. Throughout the appointment, she barely paid attention to what I was saying. Terrible staff..im asking for my refill for my pills ,they just ignoring my request..and i don’t understand for 2 week they don’t do it until i had withdrawal symptoms…they don’t care their patients…i start blaming my self and thinking to jump out to our building..and and call them again and ask my pharmacy for help..
This place has no clue what is going on point blank. Not a good place if you need help . You will be wasting your time
