I can’t believe anybody on here would give less than five stars to Dr. Phillips and his staff! This is without a doubt, the finest group of people and medical care I’ve ever received.

Dr. Phillips takes the time to explain in detail about whats going on with your health. His office sent me to a Kidney Dr. at UT for the purpose of getting my blood pressure under control. The problem was not my kidneys after testing. Cardiologist had not been able to stable the pressure. It took about 6 months and a lot of anxiety. Dr. Phillips took an hour with me and my husband to explain what my new medication were and why it was okay to take to Channel Blockers. Dr. Phillips cares about his patients. I highly recommend.... read more

I have never seen Dr. Phillips even though he is my primary doctor. It's always been a nurse practitioner or someone else. What I want to find out is! When the lady from the office called to give me my lab results, she mentioned something about my cholesterol was elevated a little bit but didn't say how much! Great doctor as long as a pill will fix you right away. Other than that start referring you out to other doctors I'm discharged you as soon as possible. It's all a front not a good doctor

Doctor and two nurse practitioners spent a year plus trying to diagnose bicep and shoulder pain. They ordered MRI's of cervical spine because they felt the pain was coming from there. They prescribed gabapentin and finally referred me to a neurologist who said I had a rotator cuff injury. Just days later I had surgery to correct two full thickness tears. But I spent a full year and then some in pain, taking NSAIDS and using otc pain patches.

I called to hopefully transfer my entire family to Phillips Medical Group from Healthstar Physicians. The rude, dictatorial and condescending attitude I received from the front office person squashed that idea. I believe we will just stay away.

Excellent and attentive physician. Takes time to get to know you and listens to your concerns. His nurses are the best. Great at call backs and has a good online system.
