Dr. Hafez was covering for my pediatrician this past weekend. My daughter woke up with an earache on a Saturday. He met us at his office, was wonderful with my kids, and even diagnosed pink eye in my other daughter! I hadn't seen the signs! (I have twin 5 year olds.) The kids liked him. He was very kind and very thorough. That night (same day), one of my daughters fell down a flight of stairs and hit her head! I called my doctor and doctor Hafez was still on call. i've had this doctor for 4 years now and i absolutely love him, he's a great doctor. takes the time to listen to needs and questions and when he presicribes something its for sure its gonna work, it might be a lil more expensive, but its for sure that its gonna help w/e ur dealing w/ and he also recommends very good doc. in other fields.. i would recommend him to anyone. However i dislike the fact that the scheduling staff schedules patients very close to each other, timewise, and there are times when i have had to wait for ... read more
DR: Hafez was my childrens pediatrician since we move to Ct in 2003. He is a GREAT DOCTOR very compassionate,and very caring with children,i Give him a A+.Great bed site manners, never was rude, Takes his time with patients never in a rush, he listen to all you questions and concerns, calls you right away when he's on call. I recomend him to anybody. I recently move to NY and we miss him very much,I took my little ones to a new ped in ny and they don't want to go back,they want Dr Hafez.
