The office is very nice and was very happy with the dentist and his assistant/assistants. But when it came down to communication with the office people I wasn’t happy. I asked prior to making an appt if my dental insurance would cover it. The office woman told me yes. I made the appt and went to it. Leaving the office she told me I owed over $600! 50$ even 100 dollars I can understand but this was not expected at all. Nicest staff and amazing dentist he had my two teeth pulled and sutured before I even knew they were pulled!!! Highly recommended this dentist office!
Excellent job
My dentist retired and I've had trouble finding a new dentist I liked until I called Dr. Schiavone's office. It was very easy to get an appointment. When I arrived at the office, there was no wait. He was friendly, patient, and spent the time to discuss everything with me. Receptionist was friendly and pleasant. The office environment was quiet and relaxing.
Long time family dentist, sent many friends there also & never had any negative issues, friendly staff & relaxing atmosphere.
