I went to my dentist appointment today, but when I got there, they told me my appointment was actually yesterday. I’m 100% sure it was supposed to be today, but they refused to see me. After traveling for 3 long hours to get there, I was really upset that they wouldn’t accommodate me or even try to help resolve the issue. They will deplete your insurance on the first treatment. My children and I have been given the run around for many months. We were completely ignored after the have maxed out our insurance coverage. It has been a one-way communication precisely when we are due for clean-up ONLY. The staff are told to lie to existing patients, but the office will gladly accept new patients. I believe he has disappeared. Called several times, was told I’d need to wait for a return call, which never came. Called again, same story. Tried to email via website, no reply. Called again today, no one answers, can’t even get voicemail. Oh well, I wasn’t that satisfied anyway, and I didn’t think the way he spoke down about other providers was appropriate. Going elsewhere from now on.
