if i could i wouldn't even give it a star, its been a nightmare to get a hold of this office took me almost 3 weeks just to set up an appointment and on top of that the girls are rude. I called to make sure my referral went thru 3 times and all they kept saying is nope, i kept calling my primary doctor to get mad at them! to find out this office changed their fax number and did not bother to update no one on that. This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever come across. I had received a referral for Dr. Konca from my primary care physician in December. She was busy as expected so my first appointment was scheduled in January. Well a day before my appt the office calls me and tells me that the doctor will be out of the country for 2 months. This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. So unprofessional, disrespectful staff, horrible doctor. There is a reason there are so many bad reviews online. Avoid this office.

Well if you need to get a hold of them via the phone, you might as well find a new doctor since you never get a response from the office or the PA. Insurance company needs an approval for a certain test strip...yes just a little old test strip and this office will not contact the insurance company to get a pre-authorization.
