I have had always had a good experience with Dr. Evgeniya Fefelova and her staff. She is a very good and knowledgeable doctor. It is not fair that people can put a low star rating on this site, when they are unhappy with waiting for an appointment, very unfair, it has nothing to do with the doctor or staff, I have been to a lot of doctors in my lifetime and yes they all are late for appointments ocassionally for usually very good reasons, just like all of us are.
