I tried making an appt for my son's sleep study and Kathy the receptionist or administrator whatever she is didn't know how to read the report from the Dr and aft3r interrupting me several times told me that maybe we can discuss something so we can come up with a solution I made an appt with someone else if the people up front are going to treat their patients like this I don't want to know the lack of care the Dr will provide

I am sorry, but when a test is performed, especially a high tech one such as a sleep study, I think it is reasonable to expect that the doctor would go over the results with the patient before making a recommendation. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Dr. Trevor. I received a call from his office telling me that the results were positive and that they wanted to schedule me for the follow-up (which would determine the appropriate C-PAP settings for me). When I was refferd to Dr. Trevor, I weighed 291 pounds. By the time I got to see them, for the first appointment I had lost 30 lbs. At the first appointment I told him that I had already sorced a machine because I knew with other health issues I had I was dying. He told me that was like scoring methadone off the street. I'm a monster because I wanted to be able to breath at night and didn't have 7 months to wait for him to provide services that were paid for in full.. The doctor was very rude at first on first appt but eventually ended up being a genuinely intelligent and nice guys other than telling me I should be 100lbs lighter. But the biggest problem os their "administrator" who apparently tells people their test results over the phone instead of a medical assistant. And she is also super rude over the phone. I hope she sees this review because honestly they need someone else. Shes blunt, abrasive, and very to the point. Ive never dealt with someone so rude before acting like my probl... read more
