Dr. Griess is the best. I went for an eye appointment and him and his team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Also he got my eye to feel much better than it had since my last visit at Immediate Care. My new opthalmologist! ❤️
Sweet Dr Ackermann is my undeniable HERO! She is petite, however her tiny, pretty self is overflowing with 100% empathy, & love of her profession. Her sincere endless compassion far out (weighs) her tiny little self. When you look into her eyes you immediately recognize she feels every ounce of your pain. Amazing physician, kind , patient and extremely thorough. Knowledgeable and competent! Highly recommend her and her well run office. Staff is friendly and pleasant to work with.
This office has changed some things, its seems like the office has changed insurance codes, before i was never charged out of pocket $40 to release my eye prescription. When I was in the office myself and another patient were told we had to pay 40.00 BEFORE we were allowed to get our prescription. I have very good insurance and the other patient said the same, the prescription should be covered,but since the office changed the code to a " service charge " insurance wont cover a service charge.
