Very real and personable doctor who takes the time to explain conditions and results. Dr. Minaya is one of the best, but her choice in office staff is questionable and I hope she will see that it ruins the patient experience. Her office staff is unhelpful and curt. No one really wants to see a doctor in the first place. Getting a hold of Dr. Minaya is also very difficult even in emergency situations, and will only communicate via fax. I was referred to this doctor and I just called to make an appointment and because my primary is medicare they will not take any person having medicare even if you have a secondary even if you want to pay out of pocket..shocking
LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Minaya!! Will answer any questions you have and has an phenomenal bedside manner!! Spends time and talks about anything you want to. So personable and “real”.
