I don't even know where to begin.. I've had this office call me 4 times to reschedule my sons appointment! His last apt they once again called me to reschedule do to a last-minute meeting. I told them no I was frustrated with them constantly counseling! I told them I would be there at my Apt time! When I did speak to the doctor I told her its getting ridiculous how many times I have to cancel my apt ! She then tells me she has no idea why they would cancel it because she had no meetings!!
Dr. Evangeline Roxas-Butlig is a great doctor and very helpful. She helped me even I'm not her patient. She explained things to me that I didn't understand regarding my insurance. I was there in their clinic for my routine checkup and she was there to helping me out!
Horrible doctor! Unprofessional & incompetent. Had 3 appts w/ her for my kids within 2 weeks to get school forms filled out. We arrived early each time & still waited an hour to be seen. Cost $20 for them to mail forms. Two of the three visits she wasn't even there. Misdiagnosed my son's skin rashes as flea bites even after insisting we didn't have any pets. I took him to another MD who immediately identified & treated his condition correctly. Makes disparaging remarks about people on Medi-Cal.
