My daughter has a genetic disorder that brought Dr Ballard into our lives. He is very understanding of both our kids & has an excellent disposition that works well with young children. I have always said that he is an asset to the field of pediatric ophthalmology. He made a huge difference when he did her strabismus surgery. Within a month she was seeing snow falling for the first time. The wonder on her face was something that stole my heart.
