The office staff is outright rude and never pick up the phone
Dr. Laing is an exceptional doctor. He's been our family physician for over 15 years. He is a fantastic doctor and a great person.
My husband and I found Dr. Laing to be the nicest professional caring Person And Doctor, goes beyond expectations! He always was there for me when I needed him! I am going to miss him very much! I hope he is well and also his family! Please remember me Dr. Laing I will always remember you!
Rude and condescending
The staff is not kind. I called get an appointment and they hang up, I choose him as a Dr. but it is a mistake I can never get anyone on the ph and when I went there the staff was not right its like they are in charge and not the Dr. I only saw him for an initial visit and I am going to have to find another Dr. The Dr. was very nice and caring when I met with him on my initial visit but I had an emergency and called and I am not at all pleased.
I have been a patient of Dr. Laing since 2000 when I had my first child, when he was a doctor at JFK medical Center. Three children later and we are still all patients of Dr. Laing. Great doctor compassionate, makes you feel comfortable, and great with children. With the exception of his veteran staff, I will admit, over the years there has been some difficulty with the lack of professionalism when it comes to new staff members in the front office.
Horrible office staff. Not helpful with a concern that the patient has. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Hope the doctor changes his staff so that patients get good quality care.
