I had a cracked tooth that needed extraction, but I was extremely nervous about having it pulled. I had been to another dental specialist who was rather rude and charged me $110 to do absolutely nothing. Dr. Herbosa calmed my fears. He allowed me to use the x-ray my dentist had taken, so I did not need to get another one. Fast service, professional service, most of all friendly people.
I went in for a tooth extraction, and was very nervous. The staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am very picky and I have to say that Dr Herbosa is by far the best oral surgeon. My visit was very pleasant and painless. I have decided to get an implant on the molar that I had extracted, and to be honest I was not sure before my visit who I would have gone to. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Herbosa and his staff. I thought he was friendly and personable, he really put me at ease. I was having my four wisdom teeth removed and being put to sleep which I was pretty nervous about. I really enjoyed the laughing gas and when I woke up it had only seemed like five minutes had passed. The staff was incredible and so friendly and sweet. Dr. Herbos is a very laid back man and his staff is very polite and they make you want to come back and see them again. I would go here everyday if i had to
I had four wisdom teeth extraction by Dr. Herbosa. The operation went well with two teeth needing to be cut out. I was in no pain while on the prescribed medication following the operation. I was brought back for two post-op check ups. The doctor and the staff at the Tesson Ferry location were courteous and professional.
Dr. Herbosa did a wonderful job on preforming my much needed jaw surgery. Dr. Herbosa and his employees were welcoming, kind, and efficient. It was evident that Dr. Herbosa wanted to make my surgery and recovery as painless as possible. Even after my surgery was completed, Dr. Herbosa called me several times to make sure that I was doing alright and to see if i needed any of his assitance. He also did a fantastic job on my surgery. Staff / receptionists are somewhat rude and snippy. Dr. Herbosa can be difficult to understand and the office as a whole does not respond well to patient calls regarding medication after a visit.
