Dr. Tsai is very thorough and knowledgeable. His appointments are never rushed and he addresses my kids allergy issues in detail. My kids allergy symptoms have improved with Dr. Tsai’s recommendations. Also, I appreciate that Dr. Tsai offers zoom appointments since my kids schedules are quite busy. Although, in office appointments are available as well.
Dr Tsai doesn't care about his patients. Still doesn't see patients in person in 2023. His phone staff and answering service are unhelpful. His nurses are excellent, but Dr Tsai refers to them (adult women) as "the girls. " Creepy! I do not recommend
Never got to appointment: got innundated with calls from office staff threatening me with canceling my appointment if they don't receive information several days in advance. First, there was one call an hour before the end of day saying that they will cancel appointment 2 days away unless they receive paperwork that was sent before the end of that day. Then it was a separate call to get id and insurance card and credit card for payment next day again threatening that they will cancel appointment if they don't get that inform... read more
Dr Tsai treated Ming-Hua when he was a little child , with multiple allergies to cashew, grass , and especially corn . Dr Tsai was kind , generous , supportive , a consummate doctor . MH and I ( his mom ) will recommend Dr Tsai to anyone , with challenging allergy problems . You will be in good hands.
