It is a pleasure at this time in life to find competence, professionalism and true caring. My husband and I have found that in Dr. Eugene Shin. His concept of a medical practice coincides perfectly with ours. He is caring, qualified and committed to providing excellent care to his patients. What a breath of fresh air! From the intake appointment to testing and dealing with our issues he is always there! Thank you so much, Dr.Shin.
Dr. Shin is the best doctor I have seen in the US hands down. As an immigrant my experience with American doctors has been.. difficult to say the least. He is patient, compassionate, takes time to listen and explain things. He gives great suggestions and advice and answered all my questions. Highly recommend him 100%! Hoping to be able to have him as my doctor again next year under new insurance!
Terrible service. Drove all the way to my appt. Doctor canceled my appointment after I had been sitting in the waiting room 20 mins. Never met him before. Of course they’ll charge a cancel or late fee to a patient, but it’s ok for the doctor to be inconsiderate of the patients time? Do not recommend. Office staff was not professional either. There are plenty of MD’s in town. I’d suggest choosing someone else.
The best doctor I have seen in years. Dr. Shin is very compassionate and caring. He took time to listen and throughly explain all of my options for treatment. The office staff were also very helpful. I would give him 10 stars if I could and would highly recommend him.
