My 93-year-old grandfather had a deeply upsetting experience with Dr. Pak. When I asked why he was treating my grandfather so poorly, he responded that he was 'nervous and read the room wrong.' He also argued with his Resident in front of us, abruptly changed the treatment plan, and demanded the Resident 'present research now!' in an aggressive tone.As I left the appointment, Dr. Pak shouted at me to return, claiming I was 'not hearing him right.' I received an injury that should’ve never have happened. I had a medial nerve block of my cervical go terribly wrong. This procedure was done 3 prior times by med students without difficulty or negative results. The procedure is a set of 4 done each week. The last one was done by Dr Pak himself. He came rushing in hurrying everybody as if late or short of time. He placed the needle into my neck and I complained it didn’t feel right I felt it on the wrong side. Dr. Pak is, by far, the worst pain management specialist I have ever been involved with. I’d highly recommend staying as far away from this physician as possible. He came into my appointment with no meaningful treatment for severe pain. Issues that were supposed to be addressed from my primary care physician referral were not addressed at all. He botched a routine nerve block that his med students had done successfully three times prior. His botch was done due to lack of skill and too arrogant to listen to his patients agonizing screams to stop and wrong sensations during needle placement as I was paralyzed on all my left side. Wasn't suppose to be anywhere near my spinal cord, but it went right into it. SCI C2-4.

Dr pak is a great doctor he treated me for headaches and other issues I was having just wish he wouldn't of left the Wichita falls area. He may not have all the answers but he never gives up on trying to find out what's going on with you . He is greatly missed in Tx maybe one day he will be back . God Bless You Dr. Pack

I saw Dr. Pak for severe pain. He didn’t examine me, ask me a question or say a word to me. I asked what was his intial plan to treat my pain. Dr Pak stated“ I DON’T KNOW. I have patients to see”. He was extremely rude, unprofessional & had no ideas, info or care recommended. I was left wondering why would I want another appt to see a Dr. who made it clear he had no info nor was he interested in developing a treatment plan for my care. After 30yrs as an ICU RN, he is the worst I’ve seen.

Headaches is what he wrote I came in for which wasn't the whole story. He did CTs, I heard the tech say seizure activity during scan. Nothing said about that in report and I wasn't the only one who heard it. He put me on knockout meds too! Didn't take them after I kept falling. Got a letter in the mail that he was moving and that was that. I'm considered non compliant by those that just throw drugs at me. He's sweet and kind but dropped the ball.
