My husband was having intestinal problems. Went to see Dr. Bonapace who sent him for tests then went on vacation and never followed up with him even after repeated calls and emails to him. As a result my became severely jaundiced and was hospitalized to discover he had pancreatic cancer. That was a year ago aa d to date Dr. Bonapace has never contacted him.

Great doctor, kind and a good bedside manner, takes his time with you. He diagnosed my son with Crohn's, and he has been remission because of him. As for the above person, if anything you should blame the office, especially if you called them asking for result and no one returned your call. He was on vacation what was he supposed to do. You need to be your own advocate and get what you need you should've called again and again.
