I've been with Dr. Liu & his staff for years now. I recently had a procedure. Wei is adorable, so professional. Wade is the most gentle Anesthesiologist I've ever known. Excellent! With my appointments was very pleased of how excellent & diligent their safety plan & care of patients & staff is. I felt so well cared for, & all done with kindness. Lee, the Office Manager is very caring & thorough with all. Gigi & the girls are great too. Highly recommendable office. Thanks so much!!!!
The professionals at this location, such as Dr.'s and NP's, are pleasant and respectful but as far as receptionist/staff they are far from it. When asking a question they act as if you're bothering them and one has actually hung up the phone on me after I said I was in pain and needed an appointment. In response to my hasty manner of trying to get assistance, also adding that I called two days prior and being told someone will call me back and they never did, I was given a response of me being disrespectful.
