Do Not waste your time with this absolute unprofessional practice. Receptionist rude and lacks any compassion. Had a 6 week wait for a very urgent visit for my husband. A day before appointment it was cancelled because he went on a “conference”. Three weeks later he has not returned. Finally found a compassionate doctor to squeeze my husband in. When dealing with important issues like dimentia and mental health there should be a level of professionalism and compassion. Wasted precious time
Today I am visit to Dr Offter one year he don't want me know my condition and my feelings He give only 5 minutes I am surprised I have lots of stress And anxiety he must give me Mantles satisfaction but he give. Only 5 minutes I Waite over there 45 minutes
Dr. Khotimsky is caring, open-minded, nice, and patient. He is not over-confident or abrasive, as too many doctors are.
Dr.Khotimsky office in conperasant to other offices and doctors I would rate as client oriented, friendly team and great customer service. Will offer to anyone especially with emotional traumas and depressions, family therapy and chemical addiction therapy using alternative methods this office use.
I have been seeing Dr. Khotimsky 4 years. He is very attentive and asks about current issues both good and bad. He is genuinely concerned, unlike many psychiatrists who ask about your scripts then rush you out the door. His mannerism and staff are professional they all care about his patients. Although the front and back office are not high tech, they are very organized and professional. I especially appreciate those day-before-appointment reminder phone calls from an actual human. :)
