Use to go here as a kid and my father has been going here for 30 years. 5 days ago I tried to book an appointment because my eyes are hurting me. The receptionist told me I haven’t been there in 7 years I’ll have to wait till she finds my folder as I am not in the system. She made in clear she is unable to book me in until she finds said folder.
