The doctor was not able to find a vein for sedation. He traumatized my daughter. He told me I was rude for trying to comfort my child. My daughter agreed to try the extraction with local anesthesia, and the doctor took less than a minute trying to give her the shot. Then he threw the needle down, lowered the chair and said we're done here. Incompetent and rude!! No compassion at all, not even for a teenager that was anxious
A great old school, no nonsense doctor. “Don’t anticipate” pain because there won’t be any!
Waited two hours in the waiting room for a wisdom tooth extraction. That was the worst part. Dr. Herman was comforting and understanding.
I have used Dr. Herman for 25 years. He has done extractions, sinus lifts and implants for me and my family. We have never had a problem. He's terrific!
I had my tooth pulled. I misunderstood the directions and Dr. Herman was very patient allowingme to wait before doing oral surgery. I haven't had implant yet, but my father inlaw has used him many times and he comes highly recommended.
Absolutley the WORST experience I've ever had with any doctor. "Dr." was unprofessional, did not explain the procedures, make me at ease or even make me comfortable. The work was less than poor, causing a bit of infection in my mouth, that was dismissed by Herman as "nothing". The poor staff working with him do their best, but it is obvious that no one enjoys being around this man.
Ridiculous to get an appointment, always get answering machine, office hours are too restrictive.
