Do not trust these people. They’ll change your appointment then when you provide proof they’ll double down and won’t admit to their mistakes. They’ll charge you for visits you don’t have and change times on you to get $150 missed appt fee. Very unethical practice.

Dr. Fletcher is a very friendly and prompt psychiatrist with a specialty in neurology. I chose him for this reason and after my first two appointments I couldn't be more relieved that he is practicing in the Denton area. He understands how to approach my health care and because of his background in medicine he understands what limitations I have to deal with on a day to day basis. My son (10) and I both see Dr. Fletcher's Nurse Practitioner, Deann. We have had incredible results for my son with regard to his ADHD and with getting on the right medication, he was finally able to also improve his focus and anxiety related symptoms. He's been able to test and join the gifted program at school and do things outside of his comfort zone (drama/acting). His confidence is up and he continues to thrive. Dr. Fletcher is, and always has been an invaluable resource for my daughter. From the first in person visit, to each and every follow up. His attention to detail, listening skills, resourcefulness, patience, kindness, and overall supportive nature in regards to my daughters well being has never failed to amaze my wife and I. He has been there for us every step of the way in getting our child to be the very best version of herself and we can't thank you enough!
