I have always appreciated how exacting Dr Chang is. Because he is thorough, I trust his advice, whether he is giving me good news or explaining changes in my vision and the steps I can take to help them. (Previously I was impressed when he shared natural/holistic solutions for my eyes.) I wish him the best success in his new practice.

Check in time quick & friendly receptionist. After a few preliminary test , Dr explained the results & treatment. It’s important to us that Dr Chang is positive & professional. Then back to reception to schedule a 3 month visit.

Long wait time. Limited seating. Doctor had limited bedside manors, wasn't real clear on diagnosis and procedures. Felt confident he knew what he was doing professionally, as is reason for 4 stars. Felt like a # , not a concerned patient.

Very disappointed with Dr Chang. His bedside manner was two thumbs down. He was pushy he was negative he was all over the place going from room to room as we waited for my mom's eye injection. First he told my mom who's 90 years old that she was going to be blind very soon. With no explanation. Basically told my mom the reason why she was having eye issues was her fault she didn't get it checked out sooner. I will never allow my mom to go back to this eye doctor. Dr Chang is very kind and thorough. He really cares about you as a person. You feel nothing at all when he administers injections. He is so professionally elite!
