I have been under Dr. Chang's care x 1 yr now. I am beyond grateful at his level of expertise, professionalism and ability to connect with me on personal level. He is always asking how my family is doing, knows them by name and has even tailored my treatment plan to fit my health and family needs. I appreciate everything he has done for me and give him my highest recommendation without reservation.
Since I had the opportunity to see Dr. Eugene, I liked the doctor's professionalism and the confidence he inspires. I would not change him for another doctor. I hope I don't have that dilemma of having to change him.
