Very disappointed with Dr Chang. His bedside manner was two thumbs down. He was pushy he was negative he was all over the place going from room to room as we waited for my mom's eye injection. First he told my mom who's 90 years old that she was going to be blind very soon. With no explanation. Basically told my mom the reason why she was having eye issues was her fault she didn't get it checked out sooner. I will never allow my mom to go back to this eye doctor. Dr Chang is very kind and thorough. He really cares about you as a person. You feel nothing at all when he administers injections. He is so professionally elite!
The office was very nice, all of the staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Chang was professional, personable andvery good at what he does. I would recommend him for any issues relating to retina concerns.
Doctor was very short. Felt like he was overwhelmed with his workload and passed his anger to his patients. What I was most shocked was him not believing my explanation of my symptoms and my medical history. He either needs to find a different profession or take a long vacation. Very unprofessional.
