Dr. Ettore Vulcano is truly a top surgeon — I honestly believe Dr. Vulcano could easily be one of the best, if not the best. Although I experienced some back-and-forth issues with the office, I must say that once you reach Dr. Vulcano, it’s hard to imagine anyone with greater knowledge, skill, or expertise. His experience is remarkable — he could probably perform tendon surgery blindfolded.
