EXTREMELY rude, condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional, and highly unethical on all levels. Treated my elderly mom as if she was stupid. There was no heart, no compassion, no care nor dedication. Had an “I don’t care attitude” throughout the whole visit, very evident in her tone of voice which was VERY uncalled for.
