I'm going to start calling this guy "Dr. Leave It" because he doesn't respond to any calls, doesn't follow up with patients, the call number is always ringing and I can never get a chance to speak with the DR. directly. What are you people doing over there?? There's no one who answers the phone. Finally, by the time I actually get to speak to someone they've redirected me to a DIFFERENT BUILDING.
Dr Leavitt seems like a good doctor. I'm a pretty low maintenance patient with no major issues, so I'm an easy patient. His staff though... I have a seriously deviated septum and was referred to Valley ENT. The office staff at the ENT was totally incompetent, so I asked for a referral to Banner and left a message with details about which clinic I wanted to go to and stated that I was not happy with Valley ENT. Yesterday, I received a referral to... Valley ENT. I easily found a new PCP.
This man simply does not care. He does as little as possible when he's in the room. Maybe he cares about other patents, I don't know, but he literally was walking out of the room while I was still talking! Completely rude. I will find a new PCP as soon as possible.

Didn't do any of the stuff he said he would. It felt like he gave up after 3 months.
