I've been going here for few years. I was supposed to have a cleaning today. I took time off of work. It takes me 25 minutes in good traffic to drive here from where I live. Today there was construction that Google maps did not flag, so it took me 40 minutes to drive to the office today. I called to let them know I'd be a little late because I was stopped in traffic due to construction. They said as long as I wasn't more than 15 minutes late, they could do the cleaning. Their website instructs new patients to submit a request via a web form, not to call. However, it took them a month to respond to my request, and the first thing they tried to do was sell me other services before I could schedule a cleaning. Hard pass, too many red flags.
I have had two appointments with Dr. Yeh. Scheduling was easy and friendly. I very much appreciate Dr. Yeh's letting me know, clearly and calmly, everything he was going to do, as well as explaining what was needed (overall) very clearly. High recommend.
I had a very poor experience with this place. Went in for tooth pain, got sent to a specialist. The specialist spends 10 minutes with me, performs the same tests that Dr. Yeh did, charges me $250, tells me I don't need to be there, and refers me back to get fillings at Dr. Yeh's office. Frustrating, but that's fine.I get healthcare works like that sometimes.
