Like Erhan mentioned in their review, the person who answered the phone the second time I called had a little bit of sass (first person seemed fine). There was a slight underlying tone of superiority, like me and my teeth would be so lucky as to be considered for cleaning by their fine establishment. I wouldn't know about the quality of their service because rose didn't even let me make a booking. Horrible attitude. Apparently the reason i couldn't book an appointment is because they only take "professional calls." I have no clue what that even means but I advise Rose gets replaced immediately before she scares away any other potential patients. Absolutely horrid human being.
We were patients of his predecessor, Dr. Boriskin, and we feel lucky that Dr. Yeh has ably filled his shoes. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable, I highly recommend him, particularly for his conservative (not rushing in to do procedures that might not be necessary) approach. We have had to move away, we're looking for a new dentist as good as Dr. Yeh. I hope we get lucky again.
I came to Dr. Yeh after having a bad experience with another dentist. He was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt like I could trust him. Could not recommend Dr. Yeh and team more.
Dr. Yeh was great! Very thorough and descriptive. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
