I have had two appointments with Dr. Yeh. Scheduling was easy and friendly. I very much appreciate Dr. Yeh's letting me know, clearly and calmly, everything he was going to do, as well as explaining what was needed (overall) very clearly. High recommend.
I had a very poor experience with this place. Went in for tooth pain, got sent to a specialist. The specialist spends 10 minutes with me, performs the same tests that Dr. Yeh did, charges me $250, tells me I don't need to be there, and refers me back to get fillings at Dr. Yeh's office. Frustrating, but that's fine.I get healthcare works like that sometimes. Dr. Yeh saw me very last minute because I had a terrible toothache and I’m from out-of-town. He and his staff were caring accommodating and worked with kindness and knowledge. I had to get the tooth extracted and he took care of it on the spot- which was what needed to happen. He was gentle and informative as to what was happening. I had a great experience with Dr. Yeh and so will you! Thanks Dr. Yeh!!
Like Erhan mentioned in their review, the person who answered the phone the second time I called had a little bit of sass (first person seemed fine). There was a slight underlying tone of superiority, like me and my teeth would be so lucky as to be considered for cleaning by their fine establishment. And have I been informed that I will need to wait two weeks until they've reached out to the long list of customers ahead of me before they will call be me back for the possibility of an appointment?
