After years of being misdiagnosed, I found a doctor that found the meds that fit my needs. What a huge difference it makes when you find a doctor that understands the difference between anxiety and depression. Then brings in ADHD. Well that answered so many childhood school issues and a few adult ones as well. Dr Ramos is my brain whisperer!!
He’s very smart, attentive to his clients’ issues. He listens, he sees, picks up on things we don’t see in ourselves. He has been an angel to my son and I! I am so grateful for him!! Thank you Dr. Ramos ??
Dr. Ramos is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. It was worth the wait, I waited 6 months but got in !!!!!!! thank you, Samantha and Mariana.
My son is severely depressed, and after emailing and leaving a msg with Dr Ramos he never got back to me. It's been 4 days now. I WILL NOT sacrifice the health of my son just because no one has the courtesy to call me back. The doctor will not see anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent, something that is not made obvious on the website.
I didn't have a good experience with Dr Ramos or one of his front desk clerks. The clerk is dismissive and rude to patients in crisis. Dr Ramos seems to condone this as he's received several complaints (as evidenced by on line reviews as well as my own). Dr Ramos speaks poorly about patients to other patients in the office. Unprofessional and unethical. If you voice concern, they won't return your calls.
Dr. Ramos took his time explaining the science behind the symptoms I was experiencing, and how the different classes of medications would or wouldn't work to alleviate those symptoms. He did this from a place of compassion and clarity, with a comforting and nonjudgemental approach.
Called Dr. Ramos office in Wilton Manors with a referral from my healthcare provider. Unfortunately, the gentleman that works for the doctor was of zero help, was not interested in being the phone, and provided no support. He said the doctor was not looking for new patients, and if he would consider due to the referral, it would be many weeks. Very helpful easy to speak with and understanding of my medical situation. Dr. Ramos always listens and helps with any problem or question I have.
Very helpful and knowledgeable of my drug resistant problem. Very caring. He and his staff have gone out of their way to make sure he is available and can see me.
