Do not use this office. I was a patient there with Medicare and Georgia Medicaid they did not inform me that they did not accept my Georgia Medicaid however they continue to see me and ran a bill up to over $400. On my last visit in 2023 I spoke with the office manager she in return called my Medicare office and they explained to her that you cannot charge a patient if you did not make them aware that you do not accept that insurance. I am really being generous with 1 star. The front office/management is more like 1/2 star. I’ve been going for years. However, things TRULY changed about 3 years ago and downhill ever since. NOT RECOMMENDED
June and Tracy have 5 stars they are great! But the new owners are limiting when existing patients can be seen. They give preference to new patients. If the therapist cannot schedule your appointments 4 weeks in advance you cannot get regular appointments. This last time I had to wait a month for my appointment. I just as well not have a therapist.
When I needed them more than ever, they terminated me even after saying if I "complied" I would be able to stay and I did so. I was lied to and I can't put into words how terrible they've made me feel. 8 years as their client. They are liability over compassion and care.
