Oh ... this makes me sad. I went to Orsatti Dental for almost 20 years and had always been very happy there, until this debacle. I was there 9/13/22 for routine cleaning and exam. I had been having pain intermittently for about a month. Dr. Valdez told me that I had two cracked molars. He told me eventually the teeth would break and then I should come in for crowns.
