As much as i want to believe Dr Rawlings is a good man, he is an awful Dr. My father trusted him with his eye care for years. My father became 100% blind in his right eye, and developed Cataract in his left eye. Dr Rawlings told my dad his left eye wasn’t bad enough for surgery.
