Dr Moore came highly recommended. My uncle needed carotid surgery. Getting appointment was hard as the doctor is very busy. Consult was very brief. I actually expected more thorough explanation of options and disease that was provided at the time of consultation. He did not mention other options. We however decided to go on with the surgery. He did my right carotid artery surgery & did a great job. He used a wrinkle in my neck to do surgery, looks natural!!
Brought my mom to an appointment today only to find out that Casey cancelled the appointment without notifying me. The 2 office staff members that were there this morning acted as if it was no big deal. One of the young ladies contacted Casey who LIED and stated she left several messages. Not a missed call nor a message was ever left on my phone. And Casey could not have called my mom's home number due to it being temporarily suspended.
