ZALLER FAMILY DENTIST don’t use this dentist HENK-COOPER, MICHELE R. while trying to reline my upper plate she used some kind of stuff that burnt the roof of my mouth then she ground almost all if not all off as they still fit the same way the rest of my association . My family had been loyal customers for over 15yrs. Over the years we have had several incidences where we were overcharged for something but it was always blamed on insurance or a mistake on their part. Mind you, we have excellence insurance and have never had this issue at any other medical facility, orthodontist or anywhere else. Dr Shenk is amazing and has went above and beyond to bring my smile back to life! ❣️ This office has been so amazing the staff are so easy to talk to and they keep you updated with texts so you will never forget an appointment. So happy I found them they are a God send.
Dr. Zaller did an amazing job on my teeth and is so caring and funny, too!
Absolutely DO NOT recommend this facility to ANYONE. They will stop providing care if you leave negative reviews pointing out any lack of care or poor customer service. I’m 39 weeks and 5 days pregnant and Stacey made it a point to call me just to tell me they were not seeing me any further. If you provided QUALITY care and actually cared about your patients they wouldn’t feel the need to continue leaving bad reviews.
