Fantastic doctor. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Dr Demmings is a wonderful opthomologist and friendly.
Dr Demmings is amazing, but a staff of hers Murray is the meanest person I have ever encountered. She was so rude and had no empathy towards patients who come in. She rolled her eyes several times, raised her voice and said “whatever” and “okay bye” and walked out on I and the patient I had brought in. I can’t imagine how such a person is allowed to work in a well set up establishment as that or in health care in general. The other lady at the desk was very nice and made her points politely. Great doctor!
Nice and very well located facility near uptown, plenty of parking available. All staff was very nice and professional, Dr. Demmings was quick to identify my issue and to offer another visit if I needed so. It may get very busy at times and you can expect delays when they are on call.
If I could give less than 1 I would. Although Dr. Demmings is a great doctor the staff are rude and condescending! To obtain a a file transfer to another province, the person that came on the phone assumed she knew EVERY OPTOMETRIC office in a city of over 3 million with 2,786 optometric offices in it. Before I could say which office to transfer the file to, I had to explain what an optomologist was, how to spell the word BAY, give them my phone number (they called me) and never got a chance to tell them which one of the 2,7... read more
